What are the signs that a child might become a psychopath?

I found an interesting video by Dr. Todd Grande, a licensed professional counselor of mental health and a licensed chemical dependency professional who has a very popular YouTube channel.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pKYmCp3-Hs
In this video, Dr. Grande tries to answer the following questions:
- What are the signs that a child might become a psychopath?
- What are the signs that a child has already become a psychopath?
To be perfectly clear, Dr. Grande does not label children as psychopaths. He just identifies the following documented 11 signs that show that, in the future, a child may become a psychopath:
- bed-wetting;
- arson, fascination with fire, destroying property;
- hurting small animals, practicing on stuffed animals;
- cheating friends, enemies, and those who are neutral;
- ignoring another child who is crying, failing to recognize distress in faces;
- attacking a teacher, being dominant with an authority figure, attacking someone with a weapon;
- committing a crime alone, fantasizing about a crime;
- having the desire to see disturbing images or scenes, wanting to see a person die;
- being fearless, not worried about consequences, resuming bad behavior right after punishment;
- bullying, wanting people to fear them;
- cold and highly critical parenting with negative reactions to disclosure; neglect.
